When retail becomes behaviour
In Paris, JACQUEMUS reimagined the store as a 24/7, self-service experience.
Built around the launch of the Bambino Long, the space stripped retail back to a single, bold idea: vending machines.
Fully pink. Fully automated. Fully on-brand.
No staff. No friction. Just product, accessible anytime.
What makes this such a strong example?
It doesn’t just design a space, it redesigns the interaction.
By borrowing from everyday retail formats and recontextualising them through a luxury lens, Jacquemus created something instantly familiar, yet completely unexpected.
A clear takeaway: the most interesting retail concepts don’t just change how things look, they change how people engage.
