BRUNATI Wooden Frame Watch Parts Display Tray Project

Jinyu Display recently completed a custom watch parts display tray project for BRUNATI, a Swiss watch brand. The client needed a flat, organized display board to present watch components — cases, straps, hands and dials — in their boutique and workshop, with a clean, premium look that reflected the "SWISS MADE" brand positioning.

The finished tray is a thin rectangular board with a light oak-toned wooden frame and a beige velvet insert. Components are held in die-cut positions arranged from top to bottom by assembly order: watch cases, straps, hands and dials. A brushed brass nameplate engraved with "BRUNATI" and "SWISS MADE" is mounted on the frame.

Solution & Design

We designed a thin rectangular tray with a narrow wooden frame in a light oak finish. The interior is lined in warm beige velvet, which cushions delicate watch parts and adds a soft, luxury backdrop. The velvet insert is die-cut with custom positions for each component type, arranged in a logical top-to-bottom assembly sequence.

Die-Cut Layout by Assembly Order

The display positions are arranged from top to bottom following the watch assembly sequence, so each row groups one type of component:

• Top — Watch cases: circular recesses hold cases, bezels and case backs
• Second — Straps: rectangular slots hold leather straps and metal bracelets
• Third — Hands: narrow grooves hold hour, minute and second hands
• Bottom — Dials: larger circular recesses hold watch dials and faces

This layout lets staff and customers compare components by type and visualize the complete watch at a glance.

Wooden Frame

The narrow wood frame in a light oak / walnut tone outlines the display area and adds structure. The natural wood grain and clean edges give the tray a warm, crafted feel that suits a Swiss watch brand.

Production Details
